The goods are delivered to you from our Italian warehouse. Once your parcel has been shipped, we will inform you about the tracking number of your parcel by e-mail. You can monitor the delivery at any stage.
TutITALIA Responsibility Statement
We are the European company, we value our reputation, and take responsibility for the safety of Your purchase. In our practice there were NO cases of damage or loss of parcels, but for better safety we make the insurance for each shipment at our own expence, which covers all possible risks during delivery. In international trade there are no C.O.D., as the goods pass customs. But while paying in advance on the TutITALIA website, you risk nothing.
The goods, purchased at the TutITALIA online store, can be delivered to the countries belonging to the service area of international postal Express Mail Service (EMS), offered by postal operators of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). In case of EU-countries, goods are delivered by SDA Express Courier. In some contries the delivery is serviced by DHL, FedEx, USPS, Parcel Force, Chronopost and other courier delivery operators, in cooperation with UPU and SDA. You can select your country during the ordering process, as well as calculating the shipping costs in the item card.
Below is a list of countries to which the delivery is possible, when you buy at the online shop TutITALIA. If your country is not on the list, but it is on the list of EMS operating countries, please contact the TutITALIA manager.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at the checkout on the basis of courier service EMS tariffs, and depends on the destination and the total weight of purchased goods with packaging (gross).

Delivery cost increases discretely: price for 1 kg, 1 to 3 kg, from 3 to 5 kg, and so on. So you can save on shipping by purchasing more than one item and "fit" into certain weight limits. You can check the exact cost of delivery using the "Estimate Shipping Costs" on the product page, or in Shopping Cart.
In the Item Card you can estimate the shipping cost of a single copy of the product. If you buy multiple items, the cost of delivery can be estimated only in the Shopping Cart.
You may cancel your order at any time before you have paid. If you cancel your order for reasons beyond the product quality, after its completion, the paid delivery of the order is not refundable. For more details on the return.

Upon arrival of the parcel EMS will contact you by phone to clarify the time of your presence at the indicated address to receive the parcel.
Note. You can find the information about the delivery timing of each individual item in the Item Card. In some cases, if you want to order the product that is not in our stock (i.e. directly from the factory), delivery time may increase by 5-7 days due to the transportation inside Italy. Also, additional time may be required for personalization of the products: applying your initials, logo, etc. The time required for these additional works is to be discussed with the Manager at the stage of ordering.
● That you receive exactly the product that you see in the photo, and the color of the item shown in the photograph corresponds to the original within the acceptable limits of the physical accuracy of color reproduction. All photos were taken in our Studio and are protected by copyright.
● For the fact that the product is 100% original, as well as its thorough inspection before shipment, the quality and completeness.
● For providing you with the EMS tracking number which is stored in an international database. This tracking number is used to monitor the delivery of the shipment.
● For making insurance for each shipment, according to which in case of loss or damage of the parcel, the cost of the product and its delivery will be fully refunded to the buyer.
● For the full and proper filling of bill of lading, Invoices and Customs declarations that are shipped along with the parcel, that are the officially registered documents proving the fact of the purchase.
● For using only legal ways of passing the goods through the border of Italy and other countries.
You can track your order using the tracking number (unique mail ID) which is stored in the shared mail database, on the websites of Italian Post or EMS Operator of your country. After the parcel has been shipped, we send you the tracking number by e-mail. For registered customers, the tracking number is also saved in "order History" in your account.
Within two to three working days from the date of shipment of your parcel data will not be available on the website of the office of EMS in your country, because the product is in Italy and has not passed border control. However, the information about the movement of the parcel can be found on the Poste Italiane website the next day after shipping.
The following example shows that the shipment with tracking number EE283468783IT was received at the office of the Rimini postal service on March 1st, 2013 at 12:25, and sent from the office at 13:34. Further, the parcel arrived at the Rimini distribution node at 15:41. On March 2nd, at 04:24 it was registered at the transfer station of Milan. On March 2nd at 12:00 it departed from Milan by plane, and on March 14th the parcel was delivered.
