  • ♦ What does "Price in Italy" mean?

The prices established on our website, are recommended by the manufacturers for Italian market. They may differ from the prices that apply in other countries. Please note that the shipping cost is added to the price of goods during the order. The cost of delivery depends solely on the weight of the parcel, and not on the number of products and their prices.

  • ♦ Are all the products you have in stock?

All items shown are in stock. If the item is marked as “In stock”, in the column "Availability" next to the image, the parcel may be sent to you immediately after the payment. If it is specified as "Pre-order", it means that the item is in stock at the factory and it takes 2 to 5 days to deliver it to our terminal. In this case, you must contact the operator to specify the delivery time.

  • ♦ Why do you have lower prices than on the factory's official site?

We sell only original Italian products, each product has a warranty and a certificate, all products are brand new. We adhere to the price recommended for Italy. These prices may be lower than those established in other countries. However, there are people to whom our prices seem high. Will not please everyone! :)

  • ♦ Does TutITALIA sell factory seconds or discounted products?

We only sell current season collections from the most known and up-and-coming brands. Our pricing is in line with factory prices; we do not aim to discount the Brands we sell. If the goods are not sold by the end of the season, they fall into the "SALE" category, where they are assigned a discount.

  • ♦ Does TutITALIA have discounts and seasonal sales?

Immediately after the registration on the site TutITALIA you will see lower prices for the new collections. TutITALIA, like all shops, offers seasonal sales. Please note we cannot guarantee that our sale prices will be equal to – or less than – discounts at offline boutiques.

Delivery cost and times for a single product can be calculated in the Cards of goods. There is a field to the right of the photo in which it is necessary to select the country and the region.   • ♦ What are the delivery times?

The delivery time from Italy in the territory of the EU is 2-3 working days. Outside the Euro zone it is 8-12 working days (depending on the efficiency of the customs service). earn more about the delivery times

  • ♦ How to track the delivery of the goods?

You can track your order using the tracking number (unique mail ID) which is stored in the shared mail database, on the websites of  Italian Post  or  EMS Operator of your country.  After the parcel has been shipped, we send you the tracking number by e-mail. Within two to three working days from the date of shipment of your parcel data will not be available on the website of the office of EMS in your country. However, the information about the movement of the parcel can be found on the Poste Italiane website the next day after shipping.

  • ♦ Where and at what time do couriers deliver parcels?

All parcels are delivered by EMS express service at the indicated delivery address from 9AM to 6PM, local time. You must specify the address where you will be at a specified time. Address can be both home and work.

Operators can advise you on goods or other emerging issues. However, according to the rules of online trading, placing your order by phone is impossible. You must do it yourself online on the TutITALIA website.

All our parcels are insured. If the parcel has been lost or spoiled, the whole amount of the booking would be refunded. For more details on return

We will refund you 100% of your order, including shipping costs, in case the goods are proved of inadequate quality. For more details on return.

  • ♦ How do I return an item that i'm not happy with?

TutITALIA operates a "No-Fuss" return policy. If you're not happy with the item for any reason – or, although unlikely, you have received the wrong item – please fill in the returns form and communicate the intention to return the good via email.

  • ♦ When will I get a refund for my return?

Refund shall be made within 10 banking days after arrival of the good to our warehouse, inspection and examination (if necessary). Money is returned to the Customer by bank transfer or bank card from which payment was made.

  • ♦ It has taken my order too long to arrive, and I would like to cancel it.

Unfortunately, due to turnaround time limits, we are not able to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed; however, you can always return an order to us within 14 days, following the return instructions. We will of course reimburse you for any return shipping costs which you indicate on your return form.
